The 2025 Journey to Excellence and Technician of the Year Competitions represent the top 3% of the retail body. This is an opportunity for the elite in your field to compete as a result of your hard work and commitment in the 2024 program year.
JLR North America, the Journey to Excellence, and Technician of the Year teams are honored to host you at such an exciting and prestigious event.

THE EXPERIENCE
​
The 2025 Journey to Excellence + Technician of the Year Competitions are a combined JLR hosted experience in Mahwah, NJ and New York City. Hotel accommodations will be provided at the Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah, located a short distance from the JLR North America Headquarters, and The Standard, High Line in New York City.

JLR will provide a travel stipend upon arrival at the program. This will be provided in the form of a Visa gift card. For the stipend, participants will receive:

$675 stipend for air travel (flying round trip to EWR) and transfer from EWR to Crowne Plaza on July 15th

$200 stipend if traveling by car to Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah with transfer back from New York City

$50 stipend for dine around evening (July 16th) in Ridgewood, NJ
JLR will host the following:

Transfers to JLRNA Headquarters and all activities

Airport transfer to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) on July 18th
